I made an order, where is it now?
Your order is either in handling or already on its way to you. Order confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided (please also check your Spam-folder). All orders will be processed in order of arrival. All Shipments are handled within 3 business days from the order.
Once the order is picked up from our warehouse and registered by the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details from the transport company. In case you have not received such email within a week from your order, you may request the tracking details directly from us by sending an email to shop@blindchannelofficial.com.
What is your delivery time?
Handling time for all orders is 3 business days.
The standard shipping times (after the order has been handled and sent) for the parcels are:
Finland: 1-4 business days
EU: 4-7 business days
International: 5-14 business days
How can I return a product?
Please contact shop@blindchannelofficial.com for all return requests. We kindly ask you to not send any products back to us without contacting and talking to us first. When we have received your return request, we will provide you with more information on how to go about returning a product.
According to the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order will be sufficient to fulfill this condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we take only online card payments.
Where can I find the size charts? Do you carry ladyfit shirts?
Currently all our shirts and hoodies are unisex sizes. We will add a size chart to our website in the future. However, our products now are standard EU-sizing, so if you usually wear for example a size M t-shirt, most likely our size M t-shirt will also be a perfect fit for you.
What are your delivery options? What does the shipping to my country cost?
Currently we ship worldwide via Posti. The easiest way to find out shipping costs to your country is by adding a product to the cart and checking the shipping price from the checkout. Please note that our shipping prices DO NOT include any customs duties or possible taxes you may have to pay if you live outside of European Union.
What do I do if I received a defective product / something is missing from my order / the parcel was damaged during transport?
Please contact shop@blindchannelofficial.com as soon as possible and we will provide you with further instructions based on the specific situation.
Product X is out of stock, when will it be back in stock again?
It depends. If the product in question is one of our “core products” such as the Blind Channel Hoodie, we have probably already ordered more of it if it has gone out of stock from the webshop. If the item in question is related to a single release (for example the “We Are No Saints” product line) it may be a limited edition only.
